Placing & Managing Orders.
If for some reason we cannot process your order in a timely fashion, we will notify you and refund your money.
If a product is damaged when it arrives to you, notify us, and we will replace it.
Please track your packages. They will be mailed to you as soon as possible. If your package does not arrive when it should, notify us, and we will make sure you get your products.
All Sales are Final.
All sales are final. We are responsible for your package until it reaches the United States Post Office or UPS Store. We are not responsible for any customer errors on the shipping forms, shipping delays, forwarding services, post-delivery theft, missing orders marked “delivered” by the shipping provider or lost/stolen packages. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
International Orders.
International orders are accepted at your own risk. We ship international orders using USPS shipping only, as it offers the best layer of protection on overseas shipments. Dovetail Ridge Farm will NOT be held accountable for international shipments being seized by customs or any order lost after leaving the United States, nor for other countries taxes and VAT tariffs due on delivery. These products are all legal in the United States but the customer (and all consumers) will remain liable in abiding to the laws in their country on hemp or hemp-derived CBD.
Shipping Times.
Shipping times at checkout are an estimate from the shipping provider selected, not from Dovetail Ridge Farm LLC. Refunds will not be issued on shipping for delivery dates outside their estimated window. See USPS shipping FAQ and policies.
Product Disclaimer.
Our products are not recommended for children or for pregnant or nursing women. If you are taking medication and/or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Individual results may vary. We are not responsible for claims made in comments or testimonials. Although all our products contain less than .3% THC, there may be trace amounts in the product that could potentially show up on a drug test including police field tests. In no event shall Dovetail Ridge Farm LLC, nor any of its employees, be liable to you for anything out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, whether such liability is under contract or otherwise, and DRF, including its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.
